The Prime Minister formed a National Committee to oversee the Kingdom of Jordan's participation in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. The committee will be chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Industry, Trade and supply and will consist of the following members:
- His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Trade/ Chairman of the National Committee.
- H.E. the Secretary-General of the Prime Ministry.
- H.E. the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.
- H.E. the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
- H.E. the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- H.E. the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Culture.
- H.E. the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Investment.
- H.E. the Managing Director of the Jordan Tourism Board / Commissioner General of the Jordanian Participation at EXPO 2025 Osaka.
- Representative of the Royal Hashemite Court - Mr. Salim Karadsheh.
- Representative of the Jordanian Embassy in Japan.
- Representative of the Greater Amman Municipality.
- Representative of the Jordan Chamber of Industry.
- Representative of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce.
- Vice Chairman of the Jordan-Japan Friendship Association/ Deputy Commissioner General of Jordan’s Participation at EXPO 2025 Osaka - Arch. Shifa Zghoul.
The National Committee expressed its full support for Jordan's participation in Expo 2025, emphasizing the importance of showcasing the Kingdom's rich cultural heritage, promoting tourism potential, and attracting international investment. The Committee underscored the crucial role of the Executive Office for Jordan's Participation in the Expo in developing a comprehensive strategy that effectively leverages the expertise and resources of all relevant ministries to undertake ambitious and impactful projects that effectively represent Jordan on the global stage. The Committee called upon all stakeholders to actively support this national endeavor and contribute to its success.
